The ABC BootCamps will treat your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) by applying appropriate technical and security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, loss, or destruction. - For email communication, we use the HubSpot system, which is owned by a company based in the United States. The HubSpot Company implements the prescribed security measures for data protection that are compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The personal data that you have entered in the contact form may be transferred to the above-mentioned system solely for the purpose of processing personal data stated in the “CONSENT FOR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING” form.
The processing of personal data may be revoked at any time, and the given consent may be withdrawn in whole or in part without remuneration or explanation. In addition to the processing purposes specified in the consent to the processing of personal data, which you are not obligated to agree to, we will use your personal data to perform the services you have requested (such as workshops, education, participation in events, etc.) and to exercise the rights and obligations arising from a contract if you have signed such a contract or will sign one with ABC BootCamps.
